Quá khứ là đám dây chùm gửi làm ta khó chịu và đau đáu, quá khứ đau buồn hay hạnh phúc quá mức điều mang cho chúng ta tâm lý tiêu cực. Đau buồn làm cho ta bị ép mình trong một cái vỏ ốc kiên cố không thoát ra được.
Quá khứ hạnh phúc đầy đủ làm cho ta tự mãn, tạo ra rào cản tâm lý vững chắc khiến chúng ta sống vì hoài niệm, sợ mất mát.

Trải qua 12 năm trên ghế nhà trường, cộng với vài năm học cao đẳng. Mười ba năm đi làm, tôi nhận ra một điều cực kỳ quan trọng mà bấy nhiêu năm tôi không biết, đó là học vẽ.
Học vẽ ở đây không phải là hội họa, không phải là nghệ thuật. Học vẽ mà tôi đang nói đến là học vẽ ra các bước trước khi làm một điều gì đó và khi có những tình huống bất khả kháng xãy ra thì xử lý như thế nào để hoàn thành mục tiêu là đích đến.
Học vẽ như thế nào?
Bản thân chính mỗi tâm trí con người luôn có những suy nghĩ hỗn độn. Một vấn đề khi bạn nghĩ sẽ có nhiều luồn suy nghĩ khác nhau đang xen với nhau thành một tấm lưới phức tạp. Vậy tại sao ta không tháo tấm lưới đó ra và chắp nối lại thành một sợi dây kéo căn hai đầu, lúc đó bạn sẽ thấy xuất phát điểm và mục tiêu cuối cùng một cách rõ ràng hơn. Tiếp theo, trong một chuổi dài của một công việc, sẽ có những công việc cụ thể ta cần làm, cần hoàn thành, tôi sẽ vẽ nó như một ô vuông. Ví dụ, để đi từ nhà đến hãng làm việc tôi sẽ có hình như sau:
Bắt đầu là thay quần áo đi làm
Bước 2 lấy xe
Bước 3 chọn con đường gần nhất
Bước 4 gửi xe tại bãi
Bước 5 ăn sáng
Bước 6 uống cafe
Và bước cuối là lên văn phòng chính xác thời gian làm việc theo quy định.
Vì lý do khách quan, một số bước có thể bị trì hoãn. Ví dụ xe xẹp lốp, kẹt xe….
Từ những trường hợp ngoại lệ đó, tôi sẽ vẽ ra các tình huống ngoại lệ, tiếp theo khi tình huống đó xãy ra tôi sẽ giải quyết như thế nào??? Để không bị trễ giờ làm.
Đó là một ví đơn giản để tôi mô hình hóa một công việc và chuẩn bị cho từng tình huống bất ngờ xãy ra.
Cái lợi của vẽ là giúp bạn chủ động đưa ra tình huống và cách giải quyết nó.
Cái lợi thứ hai là nghi nhớ, trí não mỗi người có giới hạn, bạn có thể nhớ tổng quan nhưng không thể nhớ từng chi tiết một. Và khi thực sự cần chi tiết thì rất hữu ích.
Cái lợi thứ ba, tự học lại và thừa kế cách giải quyết vấn đề của chính mình. Các bạn cũng nghe nhiều về trí tuệ nhân tạo, máy học v.v.v. Tất cả những thứ đó điều là thông tin được mô hình hóa sau đó kế thừa lẫn nhau, tạo thành một bộ não logic.
Học vẽ nên bắt đầu từ đâu ? Với tôi tất cả các sự kiện, kế hoạch điều có khởi đầu và kết thúc, tôi sẽ vẽ ra hai điểm đó trước, sau đó để đến được đích tôi cần đi qua các bước nào, mất bao nhiêu thời gian là bao nhiêu? Để hoàng thành bước đó tôi cần phải làm, học, đầu tư những gì, tôi sẽ vẽ tất cả ra giấy và nhìn vào nó mỗi ngày để biết mình đang ở đâu trong kế hoạch đó.
Hy vọng chia sẻ về vẽ hình của tôi sẽ giúp ít nhiều cho cách bạn đang tập học vẽ như tôi.
